My wife and I have worked with Mike for nearly 2 and half months and it honestly has been fantastic working with them. We have been planning on a writing an official review on the website to say how phenomenal they have been.
From the very beginning, Michael and his team have been so communicative. From that first phone call and e-mail and all the way until the funding was finalized, they have been very clear and our questions have always been answered honestly and accurately.
Michael did something that you do not see with other companies out there, he planned for all the possible delays that we could run into because he knew that the appraisals in Oregon can take such a long time. So, he negotiated a free extension with the lender and the lender actually honored that as well. That was very phenomenal.
So, the bottom line is that they do excellent work and that we would not hesitate to give them 5 stars.
