Prompt, Helpful, Very Smooth Process

The communication process with Grander Home Loans was very smooth. They walked me through the whole process and all the things I needed to do. Their feedback was very prompt. Whenever I sent an email with questions it always came back promptly. Sometimes it was an instant response, but at the most it would take an hour or two if they needed to do some research. The answers were always great and very helpful.
