There was a huge storm in our area and roofing companies were booming so we figured we would be sitting around for months until we would get started. With EZHS, we experienced quite the opposite. We felt very informed throughout the entire process. We received a phone call each time our file moved into a new step of the process, and they explained what was happening now, and what would be coming up next. It put us at ease knowing rough timelines for each step, and being able to have a contact person that we could call at any time really set them apart. We even had direct access to the owner of the company. Being able to get in touch with the owner of a big company that fast was so impressive and that is what pushed me to write this review. At this point in time we have referred this company to 1 of our neighbors and a relative. EZHS has our business for life and I would recommend them to anybody if you are looking for excellent work, incredible communication and overall customer satisfaction. They have an A+ in my book.
