Hi, My name is Jason Schwer and I would like to give EZ Home Solutions an excellent review for coming to my house and giving me a window and roof estimate and inspection. I was espescially pleased with their communication and honesty. When I called them they scheduled a date for the process and came out right on time. They measured my windows and gave me a written estimate on the spot and inspected my roof for hail damage. Now what I like the most about this is I had multiple people come to my house and ask to look at my roof and I let them. They all told me I had damage and to call my insurance but not EZ Home Solutions. He came down and showed me pictures of the damage and asked who my insurance is because different carries buy roof damage for different types of hail damage and after informing him of who we use he told me we have less than a 50% chance to get it paid for and he would recommend waiting for another hail storm. The best part is when I went to call the supervisor I was speaking with the owner of the company within 30 minutes of calling them. Having the opportunity to speak with the owner of the company that quickly is priceless in a company. EZ Home Solutions gets an A+ in my book and we will be using them in our future.
