I found Stellar through Home Advisor, and from the first phone call I got the sense of a very professional organization. Kim knew exactly how to elicit necessary information with minimum - no fuss. She told me when I could expect someone (that same day!! yay!!) and then texted me with a picture of Anthony. He took care of problem quickly - again no fuss - showed me how to keep the drain pipes clean and was done within 1/2 hour. I felt confident in the job and my A/C is working fine again. The price was quite reasonable and I'm a happy gal. It is reassuring to find a company that I feel I can rely on.
