Stellar Services installed our heating and air unit about three years ago and it worked well for a while, but ever since Hurricane Irma there's been a problem with it and they haven't been able to help at all. The people come out and give some explanation and tell us to call them and let them know if it doesn't keep working. The problem is that you can turn it on and it looks like it's working, but as soon as you turn the temperature down it stops working. I've had them out at least 4 times for the AC. This was back in September when it was hot out and we were burning up in the house. Now its cool out and we are having the same problem with the heat. I've been getting pretty frustrated and I'm thinking about filing a claim with my insurance company. I don't want to wait too long and get stuck with a bad unit. Initially the unit worked well. I don't know what's going on but if the unit is bad, they need to say that and get me a new one instead of all of this. Their installation three years ago was fine, but the service has not been great.
