I am not the happiest customer. I am not the easiest customer to get along with. But this outfit goes out of their way to please and keep their customers. They are prompt, courteous, and professional..... from the technician at your house to the person(s) on the phone. I have no complaints with their work or their prices. They give good advice and seem to know their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone. If only they worked for free.............I would be so happy..... But really, they are very good and highly recommended.
