The company sent a technician out the same day I called about my AC not working. The technician was very nice and professional. He fixed a busted part in no time and I was very grateful.

My complaint: I was charged a 99 dollar service call fee, which was not deducted from the repair bill. So even though the technician was at my house less than an hour, I paid for an hour of service and a call out fee. Because of the combined charges I felt the total bill was high.
