I have a contract with One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating for regular, twice per year, maintenance on my air conditioner and heater. They come out and fix any little things and if I have an issue, it's fixed right away. The contract status makes me feel special. For repairs, I get a discount on parts and labor as well as always being put at the top of the list for repair calls. One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating is a great company and I've shared these thoughts in at least three other reviews! I haven't had any problems with them and will continue to feel valued as their customer.
