Technician was excellent as always. I feel like every time someone's comes out to check on things it is to find someway to charge us for something. We bought a brand new outdoor unit last year for around $8,000. Now I feel like we should have bought a new furnace and ductwork as well based upon the details of the check-up. We bought a 16 seer Amana unit but will never see that efficiency unless we get a new furnace(variable speed fan) and new ductwork. Now you tell me? Ughhh!
