I called them mid-Sunday afternoon because my a/c was not blowing.. Every thing the answering person said was true: I was notified that my request was received; that the technician was notified; he called to let me know he was on his way; he was here when he said he would be here; he explained the company and their process: he was very knowledgeable and answered my questions. His personal appearance was very professional. Dereck completed his work, my unit was cooling, and he left all within 2 hours.
I will call them when and if I have a/c issues in the future.
