The technician did arrive within an hour and a half. He was quickly able to diagnose the problem. I expected to pay a premium for a service call on a Friday afternoon and I did. I did not expect to pay double for the repair. I was charged over $650 for a repair, that upon subsequent research should have been no more than $350.
