One hour AC & Heating Mandeville installed a new unit which serves the upstairs area of my home. This unit was installed to replace the old unit which became inoperative. The new unit does not cool the upstairs area as well as the old one did. Now they will not respond to my requests to correct the problem. They will not respond to my correspondence. I guess I will have to file a law suit to ge the problem corrected.
