I asked for a estimate for my broken a/c compressor you sent out a tech but he couldn’t provide an estimate. He said someone would have to come out and speak to me about options and cost. He gave me a bill and I told him I would pay when I received a written estimate. He Insisted on getting paid for the diagnosis and said the company wouldn’t let him leave until I paid. I was on the phone at work and he was dealing with my wife. I told my wife to write a check instead of calling the police for refusing to leave. I never did get an estimate. I used you guys to install my air handler about 3 years ago and was surprised to be treated in such a way. I will never use One Hour Air-conditioning again.
