Extremely dissatisfied with the outcome of this service experience!

I feel that I was totally ripped off, and would never use this company again! They have their own printed book of rates that are way over the normal charge. I will tell everyone about my extremely bad experience with this company. I received a phone call from them for follow up, and explained my situation, and have gotten NO CALL BACK FROM ANYONE TO DISCUSS WHAT HAPPENED!
