I called one hour in tears. I have a 3 year old and have had a terrible month with my boyfriend working out of town. I came home to a 78° house when it was set at 69°. When I was told the wit was until midnight (I have to be awake at 5 or 6 depending on how much I sleep) I broke into tears. They were so nice and expedited the wait and he was here in 30 minutes. I dont know his name, but he was very sweet and had it fixed in no time! Thank yall so much!
