One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating is unfair and unreasonable. I had a brand new air conditioning unit installed and when I moved the thermostat, the fuse blew. I called One Hour to fix the issue for me. I waited until the next day to call them because it would only cost $99 instead of $50 more for coming out on a labor day holiday. The technician went up to the attic to replace the fuse and took a total of 5 minutes. He charged me the $99 for the service and then an additional $120 diagnostic fee. I already knew that the fuse was blown and told the technician! Why did he need to do a diagnostic? One Hour is neither fair nor reasonable. I would not recommend them or use them again in the future.
