Where are zero stars when you need them? UKC allows custom sized cabinets to be ordered, paid for, and then fails to deliver what is promised. Only after receiving my order months later, and after weeks of additional run around, did they tell me they could not in fact make the custom cabinet. It has been 2.5 months since I received most of the cabinets and they have still not replaced broken items, warped items, or fulfilled my order. My entire project is delayed because of this egregious delay. Lots of missing pieces, incorrect drawer fronts, etc. They appear to sub out a lot of their work since I got pieces from various names/companies in different states. Clearly the organization as a whole is lacking in organization and quality assurance. I regret this purchasing nightmare.
