We ordered two cabinets to replace an existing kitchen island in our townhouse. Delivery to home occurred as expected and was worth the additional $145. We ordered inside cabinet and drawers finished. The drawers were partially finished. I had to complete the polyurethane process opting to do so rather than wait for new drawers. We ordered unfinished wood and had them professionally painted locally. After the cabinets were professionally installed, I finished by attaching the drawer fronts. This turned out to be a royal pain. The original assembly at the factory was poor to say the least. What should have been a simple job was not due to slipshod work at the factory. Once I had the drawer fronts properly aligned, level and attached, I found the sole cabinet door was off by 3/4 inch compared to the drawers. This required the cabinet door to be rehung to align with the top drawer. Other signs of inferior workmanship included several screw placements that were inappropriate and in one case, splitting the wood. Finally, one of the tracks on a drawer was not level causing the soft close mechanism to fail. Again, I made an adjustment to compensate.

The company customer service was good and they were fair in terms of financial compensation for irregularities. My complaint is with the quality control at the factory.
