I ordered a full kitchen in 2017 and a bathroom vanity and cabinet in 2021. Both times were a very good experience. I had more than a few customizations in my kitchen and bathroom and Crystal worked with me to accommodate them without any problems and really not much extra in cost. My cabinets were delivered on time and I was very happy with the quality. After looking at my options - big box store and local custom builder - Unfinished had the best price and quality. Plus, they will work with you over the phone for any modifications you need.
