Best Unfinished Kitchen Cabinets gave me exceptional service. I received prompt replies every time I asked yet another question or needed yet something else - i.e. kickplate and another small cabinet. So I really appreciate the patience and continued support in helping me navigate my needs for kitchenette cabinets. I was happy that the cabinets were well constructed and included self closing doors. I was very happy to learn they could also paint cabinets and were willing to paint them any color of my choosing. I really wanted a deep blue color for the lower cabinets and wasn't sure how I could get them because I certainly did not find them at cabinet or big box stores. Their prices were very fair and about a $1,000 less than the big box stores for the same cabinets and had no longer wait then what the big box stores could do. So great cabinets and great service. My only critique - although it was my fault for not realizing the matching toe kick material was a separate item, I would have appreciated a "prompt" when I placed the order. Something like - will you need matching toe kick material? It would have saved me shipping cost if it had come with the first set of cabinets and it is a great opportunity for your company to "upsell." However, after saying that I feel it was my responsibility to have thought of it. And, I really, really appreciate that Crystal, in customer service, contacted me and offered to shorten the toe kick down to save on shipping costs since I did not need the full length. Really nice of them to do so - they didn't have to but did. That is superior customer service!
