Ordering is easy with clear descriptions and measurements. They were able to change my order before building cabinets with a singe email. The cabinets came well packed and protected. I was really impressed with each piece, especially the joinery in the drawers and veneer of the interior of glass door units. There were little pleasant surprises like that all over. My wife and I painted them using airless sprayer And the doors and faces were smooth enough to require very little sanding and prep.
