We had amazing success with American Rooter for our plumbing needs. We contacted them after our home warranty company failed to be upfront with us about pricing and completed a half job on cleaning out and snaking or drain, which led to the line backing up after 3 days. Jake with American Rooter came out, provided his professional input and provided me pricing up front while also looking ahead in the event the job had to take longer while advising what costs may be per hour after that. No surprises. He returned that afternoon, snaked and camera'd the drain, and showed me what he foundid, and our drain has been clear almost a week now. I could not be more happy with the job this company has done. Sarah is amazingly patient with any questions that you have and just puts your mind at ease when anxiety starts to creep in. I would highly highly recommend this company for all of your metro area plumbing needs. We will not use anyone else after this experience. We are lifelong customers at this point. :)
