Jim arrived about half an hour early, was incredibly personable, and did his job as thoroughly as possible. He covered all of the carpet and flooring to protect it from the equipment and mess, ran a camera for no additional cost, and let us know exactly what he was seeing during the whole visit. He gave us direct, no BS quotes for each different service option we had going forward and respected our wish to think it over before deciding on what to do.
