I've been using the services of American Rooter Plumbing for about two years. They do excellent work. They first came to the house when there was a backup in our basement. They fixed that problem promptly. Last summer they replaced our broken garbage disposal. Right now we're having some issues with our water, and while a different company is dealing with that, once they're done, American Rooter Plumbing will come in to reinstall our dishwasher and garbage disposal. They have been responsive and professional all through. One thing I really appreciate is, when they have someone coming to our place, they will call and email a photo of the service person--which, I think, is really considerate in terms of the safety of the customer.
