I have moved across country multiple times for work. Roadrunner was by far the worst experience. Had to select move date on their timelines, Kate and Ben ((employees) hardly ever responded and never with promptness or politeness, was told to “box everything” but still charged double for the box I packed, price was $4,000 over quote though I met the weight, delivery was two weeks late, deliver was not placed or staged on arrival, missing items and when I filed the claim they denied it because I didn’t report it day of (though unpacking an entire house takes time). Do your research and use someone else. Trust me.
