We used Roadrunner to move from East Houston to League City, TX, on October 1st and 2nd 2020. They lost a large box of clothing and miscellaneous items, they ripped a large whole in our sofa because the movers did not use the moving blankets that the sales representative was adamant they would use. To boot they damaged 5 doors and or door frames in a brand new home. We filed a claim on all of this in October it's May 2021 and still no resolution The insurance person says that we don't have a claim, and that she sent us a letter about it in February. Biggest liars in the City of Houston. Run as fast as you can from these people. Finally she agreed to fix one door, and give us $72.00 for the sofa repair. Rip off!!!!!!!
