My review was so bad they never posted it!
Look out! If you don't purchase the extra insurance, they have a license to destroy your things. Expensive artwork punctured, antique table damaged (never even wrapped) and a large artificial plant snapped in half. And they showed absolutely NO remorse over their negligence. Value of items destroyed-over $20,000. Amount they offered as restitution-$54.00.
