Miami Electric Masters was quick to schedule an appointment to send a technician out to replace a ballast for a florescent fixture. The service was done in about 30 minutes and completed to my satisfaction. What wasn't communicated was that the service call was $190.00 plus parts. For a problem that I was able to diagnose and given that it took about 30 minutes to complete the job, the cost should have been less. The quality of the work was top notch and a 5% discount was given following my concern, but be aware that you will pay a few dollars more should you use Miami Electric Masters.
