Sorry, I felt totally ripped off. I was replacing my dishwasher and when delivered, they said that I needed to call an electrician as there was too many wires. When your folks showed up they said that the couldn't tell what the problem was to give me an estimate without me agreeing to paying $197.00. However, when they began working on it, they said they were afraid that if they turned off the valve for the water it could break so I would need to call a plumber. So for how they would just cap the wires and I would need to call them back after the plumber came (for another service call.) They were there 1/2 hour and didn't do want they needed to do. The plumber came today and could not believe that they had a problem with the valve, which easily turned off. So bottom line, I paid $197 and the job wasn't done.
