Diagnose our issue. Kept us informed the whole time and did great work. Andrew in customer service was a pleasure to deal with as well. Our second call I spoke to someone else in customer service (Tony?) and he was a bit rough around the edges. Didn’t work hard at providing great customer service. We have been using this company for many years. While they are not the cheapest, the work is top notch with Freddy!!
