We had our supply ducting sealed using McCarthy's One Hour and we are pleased with the professionalism and expertise of the McCarthy technicians. The guys were knowledgeable and explained what they were doing before they started work, so we knew exactly what to expect. Taylor N. was very professional and competent as he made sure he crossed his t's and dotted his i's in the entire project -- he looked for all of the open supply vents - he even found one we didn't know we had that had been "permanently" closed off in our storage room in the basement! He treated our home like it was his own - cleaned up after himself - went above and beyond - he even moved our son's full-sized captains bed back, put the mattress back on the bed, and made the bed since it had to be moved out to gain additional access to a cold-air return vent! The guys laid down tarp to ensure the floor was protected and they wore boot covers to keep the weather off my floors as they made several trips in and out. Unlike other service personnel I have had in my home, they took the shoe covers off every time they went out to ensure they left the outdoor snow/slush outside and kept my carpet/floors clean. The guys ensured that the system was fully functional before they left (dampers open, switches worked, etc.) ... It was simply the most positive experience we have had with McCarthy's... Thank you, Taylor and Kyle. We would definitely recommend this service to others especially if the numbers that the guys ran for us come to fruition... ~96.8% reduction in air loss throughout our supply line... should reduce our heating and air expenses by about 1/3.
