I called a different company on Tuesday October 31st and they stated they can't have anyone out till December 15th. I accepted and scheduled an appointment. Dissatisfied I vented to a friend. She recommended McCarthy's. I called Tuesday of the following week and they had Brent out that Friday. He was so thorough and did an excellent job explaining everything. At every moment he checked another thing I kept getting the feeling the price wasn't going to be what I was quoted in the phone. Boy was I wrong! When Brent was finished and cleaned up my bill was exactly what I was quoted. I'm so impressed I've already recommended them and plan to use them for all my future HVAC needs!
