I called McCarthy's One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning from a State away to get my sister in Omaha's furnace looked at. The technician was there within an hour and got her problem fixed.
The parts price was too high and I know since I work in HVAC but what can i say. They came in quick, got it done and were out of there in no time.
