Our technician Micheal B came to check our ac unit that quit working the night before and quickly diagnosed that it was not our ac unit, but a bad breaker. He explained everything very well, and went beyond the normal fix to rewire and fix the problem from happening again. He checked everything out on our ac and furnace, and suggested the maintenance plan which I agreed was worth it after listening to his reasons and the benefits.
