I called them at 5:45 AM on 12-6-2016, they got back with me in a timely manner. I was fortunate to have the young man named Alec Nguyen to work on my heating unit that was up in the attic. He was a very pleasant young man, and took care of my heating problem.
I would highly recommend Baxter Company for any repairs needed. I hope Baxter, keeps Alec working for them he's very polite I would request Alec to work on my heating unit or electric anytime.
