We had great communication from the very start of the process of making a decision on a new air conditioning. With the help of Baxter HVAC Manager, we chose the brand and parameters of the new AC unit. Scheduling was easy, the office confirmed it a few days before, the crew called when they were on their way and they were right on time. The work was done in the time promised and it was done very neatly. The manager came to see the finished work and we were demonstrated and explained everything regarding the new unit and its operation. Have used Baxter for both home and office for several projects now. Great company to deal with, very personable experience.
