On 9/8/17 my husband and I had a service technician come to our house to repair our AC that has not been cooling our house properly. After the technician spent 2 1/2 hours at our home, we are still in the same position as we were prior to our call. As he did not do any repairs to our system, only a potential diagnosis. We will be calling a different company to come in and look over our system in hopes that they can resolve the issue with confidence.
