A-Pro Home Inspection Services

They were thorough and nice but I am very picky.

A-Pro Home Inspection Services did the inspection and they were not great or bad. There were some mistakes in the report and they were very nice but you know it wasn't perfect.
This is a one time only thing, and I don't have anything horribly negative to say, it's just when you buy a house you get an inspection done and there were many things that weren't approved by the warranty company and there were things that the warranty company blamed me for and they were pre-existing conditions.
So, you know, they were nice and they did a thorough job but I am very picky.

I am unaware of any mistakes on the report. My inspections and resulting reports are extremely thorough, as evidenced by the majority of client reviews, and the comment at the end of this review. I did speak with the client regarding the refrigerator, which she mentioned as a pre-existing condition. As my agreement states, refrigeration systems are excluded from the inspection, so I would not have known that it leaked. I referred her concern to the agent, who was to escalate the matter to the warranty company, per my understanding.
