I was really impressed by A-Pro Home Inspection Services. The inspector, James, was very professional. He knew what he was talking about. He was very thorough on the inspection. He walked me though every procedure he was going to do on the house. Afterwards he explained all his findings and answered any questions I had regarding the things he found. I was very pleased with the service and would most definitely go back to A-Pro if I need another inspection in the future.

The price was reasonable for the size of my house. I bought a larger home and it was well within the price range I was expecting for a house of that size. I would say that if your warranty is about to expire I'd highly recommend going to A-Pro and getting James to do the inspection. It's money well spent, or as my wife likes to say it's "smart money". He'll find things normal inspectors wouldn't notice and once he submits his report you'll save money on doing the repairs you need rather than paying out of pocket.
