I was very troubled by this review due to the fact that I am extremely thorough in my inspections and reports. I was accommodating to both the buyer and the builder, as my job is a liaison between the two so that deficiencies with the home are communicated effectively with no bias on my part. I reviewed my report and confirmed with the builder that all pictures included were of the subject property. There must be some confusion on the buyer's part, as the builder agreed, upon reviewing the actual report, that the pictures were correct. I would have been most happy to clarify the concern with the buyers had they brought it to my attention. Unfortunately, this review was the first I heard of their dissatisfaction. I did go over my findings onsite during the latter part of the inspection with one of the buyers (the wife), giving her the opportunity to ask any questions. The builder agreed with my findings and we parted ways pleasantly. The buyer was invited to follow up with me upon receipt of the report if there were any additional questions or concerns. I received no communication from either.
