A-Pro Home Inspection Services did a thorough job and hit all the areas I was expecting. The only thing they didn't do, which I wish they would do, was crawl around in the attic. But it was over one hundred degrees that day, and he said unless it's floor-boarded, they don't walk around up there. Also, I wish they would have had a moisture meter for the drywall. That would have been nice.
