The inspection went fairly well. A-Pro Home Inspection Services gave me exactly what I needed to reject the property. I'm very happy with the outcome because I found another place that is much better, much prettier, and much newer. The other owner had an inspection done ahead of time. They fixed all the problems found by their inspector. I am a very, very detailed person and this satisfied me enough to remove the necessity of another inspection. I would have used A-Pro Home Inspection Services again. Five stars for a great inspection.
