This guy from A-Pro Home Inspection Services did a very thorough job. He's what I consider one of the normals. He explained everything clearly and did a good job showing me everything with pictures. He was just about done with the whole inspection by the time I got there but showed me where all the issues were. He was very upfront and honest. He did it right!
