I asked A-Pro Home Inspection Services to perform a home inspection for me in connection with the purchase of a home. I really appreciate the time they took doing the inspection, and the fact that they did not rush through things. I was impressed by the detailed nature of the report, and as an engineer, I understand how important the details are. They were great about helping me understand the whole process, and as a home buyer, what I am responsible for, and what I am not responsible for. That was very helpful. The only thing I was a little iffy about, was a rug, and the fact that supposedly they can not move a rug to look under it. The rug was in the report, but really, how much effort does it take to move a rug and put it back? That being said, I was very satisfied by the thorough inspection work they did.
