A-Pro Home Inspection Services did a fair job for me. This was my first time using them. My realtor referred me to them for an inspection of my new home. The inspector who came out showed up on time but I feel he may have been having an off day as the inspection was not as thorough as I thought it would be. What they did for the inspection and walk through was at the time what I thought should be done. After moving in and talking with neighbors and friends I found that other inspectors also do (within the same perimeters of the inspection) check every door, hinge, cupboard, and (perhaps most importantly since we are in Texas where we have a lot of humidity) they check the walls for mildew. Several of my neighbors and friends have shown me their reports with all of those extra things in it at lower costs than I paid for mine, so I found that to be a bit disappointing. Again, for what he did it was okay. Perhaps he was just having an off day and it was not as complete as I would have liked to have seen from A-Pro Home Inspection Services.
