James helped us with the home inspection for a potential home that we intend to purchase. I found him to be very professional and knowledgeable in his area of expertise. He was one of the very few contractors that I have worked with who are honest and deliver beyond expectations. Although, the size of home was much bigger than he anticipated and charged for, he did not compromise on the quality of inspection and was diligent in identifying all the major/minor/improvements required, even things that seller failed to disclose on sellers disclosure. I highly recommend him to all home buyers. Do yourself a favor by contracting with someone like him whom you can trust.
