As far as responsiveness, they were quick, as I had stated I needed a prompt inspection. I was expecting someone to come out in about a week, but the inspector was here within a couple of days, if that. The guy who came out was on point! He was very professional, and provided a very thorough job. He found a few things for which I am very thankful. The inspector was amazing, and I would recommend them highly.
