He did a very thorough inspection, and his written report was huge, and in great detail. He did not just do the inspection and leave. He went beyond that and was a very informative person, and took a great deal of time explaining what he found to me. He made it easy to understand, and he has great communication skills, including his emails. I also like the fact that his report has pictures, so in case anything goes wrong in the future, we know right where to go!
