Service technician was dispatched within a reasonable time to fix a heating equipment failure. He found the problem but there was no factory replacement part available so he used an off brand part.

While I appreciate the prompt service, I’m disappointed with the lack of a factory part for repair. I can only hope that it holds up and works well over time.
